General Return Scope:
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. You can request an unconditional return or exchange for 14 days from the delivery date of your order. (For your return, exchange requests, please use the form at the bottom of the page to get a faster response.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In cases such as defective, defective, manufacturer's defect, you can unconditionally return the food contact products that you have not used after purchase within 30 days and request an exchange or full refund.

The full warranty covers bags, lunch boxes, pencil cases, pens, pencils, boots, underwear including swimwear, bikinis and bras, but excluding clothing, shoes, sandals, glasses, sunglasses, erasers and basic stationery. Our full warranty coverage starts from the date of delivery of your purchase and includes the following.

Important We would like to remind you that the warranty is only valid for DINOSSI BRANDED products. Other branded products you will purchase are not included in the warranty.
